Puppies

At Woodland Cavaliers, we take great pride in showing and raising healthy beautiful show-quality Cavalier King Charles.

If you are interested in one of our beautiful puppies, please click here to download and fill out the application. Email it to us at woodlandcavaliers@gmail.com. We very much want you and your new puppy to be a good match…after all, you are getting another family member, so we want it to be for life!

We are a small show home, specializing in Blenheim and Tri-color Cavaliers, and we breed our dogs with the hope of producing our next champion. Every puppy may not turn out to be perfect for showing for a variety of reasons – from their unique markings to an imperfect bite. Because of this, we will occasionally have pet puppies for approved and loving homes.

All of our Cavaliers are AKC and bred for good disposition and the AKC standard. All of our Cavaliers are cleared and OFA heart certified before breeding. It’s smart to get your dog from a breeder who shows their dogs, as show breeders usually have their dogs tested for heart. DNA tested Curly Coat Dry Eye Syndrome (CCDE) and Episodic Falling Syndrome in Cavaliers King Charles Spaniels (EFS).

All our puppies are sold with a written sale agreement including a Spay/Neuter clause. They will
be current on their vaccinations and have the written results of full wellness exam, performed by a licensed veterinarian. Pedigrees and OFA certificates will be provided on each puppy’s parents.

Our dogs and puppies live free in our home, so the puppies are properly socialized for you. Cavaliers are people pets and do well with children and older adults. They need interaction with family and other pets…they are royalty, after all!

Our puppies will be picked up on the agreed date. We keep a short waiting list and we only place puppies into homes where they will be spoiled and loved. We try to match pups to their new families, so we would like to get to know you through both phone calls and the information you provide on our Adoption Application.

We are adamantly opposed to breeding solely for profit and the existence of puppy mills and recommend that anyone deciding to bring a pet into their family visit www.stoppuppymills.org, a very informative site sponsored by the Humane Society of the United States.
